- Work closely with a Director to manage an exciting client portfolio

Our Client

Our client is a well established boutique accounting practice based in Subiaco. Due to the recent growth in its client base, an opportunity has been established to bring onboard a Supervisor/Manager to oversee a team consisting of Junior - Senior Accountants and assist in the management of a client portfolio. Working for 1 Directors primarily, the firm are seeking an experienced Supervisor looking to step up, or a Manager with history of mentoring and developing staff.

Main Duties

- Work closely and fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Control and run a number of engagements to successful completion.

- Complete all tasks autonomously and in a timely manner.

- Ensure team members are able to provide a quality service and afford them with opportunities for professional growth.

- Work closely with the Directors in the business to provide outstanding service.

Skills and Competencies

- Relevant degree and CA/CPA qualification;

- 8+ years+ experience in a Business Advisory environment;

- Experience managing and training Accountants;

- Good analysis, judgement and problem solving skills;

- Excellent planning and organisation skills;

- Resilience and adaptability to maintain effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks;

- Utilisation of relevant software applications, ATO tax portal and website without difficulties;

- Understanding of the offshoring function and ability to demonstrate intercultural competence.
