**About the Role**

We have an opportunity for experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join us on a 12-month project located approximately one-hour Southeast of Bunbury on an 8/6 roster. Camp Accommodation is provided whilst on site. We are interested in your experience supervising mechanical crews in a commissioning environment, including planning and delegation of work. You will have an outcome driven approach with the ability to positively influence and motivate your crew while upholding Downer's Zero Harm culture with a genuine commitment to the health and safety of all employees.

**About You**
- A nationally recognised trade qualification
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within a construction and commissioning environment ensuring that site activities are completed in accordance with safety, quality, environmental and productivity objectives
- Exceptional communications skills to clearly communicate work plans and required outcomes to the crew; andProven leadership ability with a very strong commitment to zero harm
