Your new role

As an Intermediate and Senior Accountant, you will:

- Drive outcomes and be responsible for engagements (both formal and informal) from start to completion.

- Be responsible for stakeholder management and engagement.

- Support our senior team and have input into strategy and implementation of strategy, across all parts of the business.

- Provide guidance, training and counsel to junior colleagues.

- Work as part of a team and collaborate across our offices.

- Manage workflow and resource allocation to satisfy multiple stakeholder expectations.

- Engage with our experienced Directors and Partners to further develop your career and career goals.

- Business / accounting degree or equivalent.

- 2+ years’ experience in advisory, restructuring and insolvency (for the senior accountant role).

- An assertive communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Sound analytical and report writing skills.

- High self-awareness, empathy and EQ.

- Highly motivated, with a strong team orientation with leadership qualities.
