The Opportunity As an Intermediate or Senior Accountant, you will play an important part in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. You will be an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. Position Responsibilities - Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner - Work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients - Assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. - Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs - Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts - Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients - Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events - Help provide exceptional service to our clients About You - 3+ years'' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice - Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress - Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Accounting or similar - Expertise in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks and Class. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients - Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic #J-18808-Ljbffr
