Microsoft Data Pre-Sales Consultant (Microsoft Fabric / Databricks)

Sydney (remote WFH, with regular client and Microsoft onsite time)
$150k + super + $50k OTE | Equity potential

Enyro is a Microsoft Data & AI consultancy that helps organisations move from scattered data to working, production-grade AI. We specialise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, and Azure OpenAI. Clients bring us in when they want clarity, sensible architecture, and delivery they can trust.

This is a senior pre-sales role with clear commercial impact. You’ll shape solution direction, lead client conversations, and work closely with Microsoft’s Sydney team. It is not delivery-heavy and not a step-up position for someone without real pre-sales experience.

What you’ll do

- Lead discovery sessions, demos, and ideation workshops with clients and Microsoft sellers

- Shape solution options across Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, and Azure OpenAI

- Produce POCs and high-level architectures that build confidence

- Write Statements of Work and shape scope and estimates

- Support revenue conversations and frame ROI in practical terms

- Build a strong relationship with Microsoft’s Sydney team and support co-sell opportunities

- Operate as a trusted 2IC across pre-sales and partner strategy

Must-have pre-sales experience

- 2–5 years of pre-sales in data, analytics, or AI consulting

- Strong demo experience and outcome-based client discussions

- Ran discovery or ideation workshops

- Written or contributed to Statements of Work

- Confident presenter who can hold a room

Technical literacy

- Can explain Microsoft Fabric or Databricks architecture clearly

- Understands Azure Data Services and Lakehouse patterns

- Exposure to Databricks at a solution level

- Experience in a Microsoft partner or major vendor environment

- Working knowledge of competing platforms

You don’t need to be a deep engineer, but you must be credible and trusted by technical leads.
