About the Role

We are seeking new-to-industry Electricians to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to work FIFO from Perth on a dynamic 182 roster, delivering critical shutdown planned maintenance across five inland Iron Ore process plants in the Pilbara region (Yandi, Area C, South Flank, Jimblebar & Whaleback).

Our dynamic 182 roster includes 182 shifts per year. While shifts depend on demand, permanent employees receive a consistent fortnightly pay.

Key Responsibilities

- Fixed Plant Maintenance on Extra Low Voltage, Low Voltage and High Voltage equipment

- Inspection, servicing, testing, and reporting of faults on Electrical Systems

- Maintenance and modification of cables, equipment, and associated structures

- Installation of new cables, equipment, and associated structures

- Protection equipment inspections

- Residual Current Device testing

- Ramp down & ramp up electrical support

- HV (RADIAL) and LV Isolations

- Application & removal of shutdown lock boxes

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following:

- Electrical trade licence and completion of apprenticeship

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

- The ability to work within a team environment and build effective working relationships
