Due to continued growth, Mader is currently seeking a Supervisors to join our Fixed Plant Maintenance team. This role involves leading a Mechanical maintenance crew on fixed plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes. It is based on an ad-hoc shutdown basis, with potential rostered future works. This role is open to Leading Hands looking to step up to Supervisor level.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a mechanical maintenance crew on fixed plant equipment (e.g., crushers, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes) during ad-hoc shutdowns and potential future rosters.
  • Collaborate with site teams to plan, coordinate and execute maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.
  • Provide on-site supervision, coaching and mentoring to crew members.
What you need to join
  • Experience leading a team within a mining environment
  • Trade Certificate - Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker
  • Section 26
  • Driver\'s Licence
  • National Police Check within 3-6 months or willingness to obtain
  • Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude
