Position Title: Administration Officer

Position Objective
This role provides routine administrative and financial services to facilitate efficient and effective management of business processes within the unit.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day‑to‑day office functions and financial transactions.
• Coordinate records administration and reporting.
• Provide clerical support to the Road Policing Investigations team.
Application Process
Applicants must complete, sign and scan the Integrity Check Consent Form (unless they are current WA Police Force employees) and submit it together with a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV). The CV should provide enough detail to demonstrate transfer‑able skills relevant to the role and include names and contact details for two referees, one of whom should be a recent supervisor or manager.
Notice that at this stage applicants are not required to address work‑related requirements. All essential skills and experience will be considered at a later stage of the selection process.
Other Conditions
• This selection process may also be used to fill similar vacancies across the metropolitan area.
• The selection panel may choose another applicant from this pool if the successful candidate declines or vacates the position. This option remains open for up to 12 months from the date of appointment.
• Integrity and criminal checks will be conducted for non‑current WA Police Force employees. Relocation costs, if applicable, will be borne by the successful applicant.
