Electrify South Australia with the team at RAA

Due to continued growth in our Solar, Battery and EV Charging services, RAA has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Solar Battery & EV Sales Consultant to join our Home Energy team

As the first point of contact for Members exploring RAA's Home Energy solutions, you'll play a key role in helping South Australians power their homes and vehicles with cleaner, smarter energy. Your focus will be on providing a consultative, solutions-based sales experience that delivers exceptional outcomes for our Members.

What you'll do

- Develop leads, prepare quotations, and close sales across our range of Solar, Battery Storage and EV solutions for residential customers
- Understand and explore Member needs, providing tailored advice and solutions
- Switch and up-sell relevant packages using a consultative sales approach
- Ensure data accuracy and capture relevant information using discovery questions
- Adhere to internal processes and government regulations
- Maintain strong product knowledge across RAA's Home and EV Energy range

- A strong customer focus and passion for delivering great service
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- An understanding of consultative and commission-based selling
- At least 1 year of experience in the solar industry
