Due to continued growth in our Solar, Battery and EV Charging services, RAA has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Solar Battery & EV Sales Consultant to join our Home Energy team

As the first point of contact for Members exploring RAA's Home Energy solutions, you'll play a key role in helping South Australians power their homes and vehicles with cleaner, smarter energy. Your focus will be on providing a consultative, solutions-based sales experience that delivers exceptional outcomes for our Members.

• Develop leads, prepare quotations, and close sales across our range of Solar, Battery Storage and EV solutions for residential customers
• Understand and explore Member needs, providing tailored advice and solutions
• Switch and up-sell relevant packages using a consultative sales approach
• Ensure data accuracy and capture relevant information using discovery questions
• Adhere to internal processes and government regulations
• Maintain strong product knowledge across RAA's Home and EV Energy range

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You're passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference: – to thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• A strong customer focus and passion for delivering great service
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• An understanding of consultative and commission-based selling
• At least 1 year of experience in the solar industry
