About the role

En3rgy Solutions is seeking an experienced Solar / Battery Sales Expert to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This is a full-time position that will play an important role in driving sales in the Company's Residential Solar and Battery future.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively communicate and engage with existing customer enquiries in the Residential Solar/Battery Cheaper Home Batteries Program.
  • Introduce our range of energy-efficient solar and battery power systems ensuring customer motivation aligns to both their technical and financial needs.
  • Prepare and present High Quality Comprehensive and accurate system designs / proposals to our Customers ensuring maximum effect.
  • Conduct effective follow ups and constant communication and conversion from our existing quality leads to successful closure.
  • Collaborate with the technical and electrical service team to complement the accuracy of proposals and strategies for the individual customer
  • Stay up-to-date with industry, product updates and industry pricing awareness

What we're looking for

  • Proven Experienced high achiever preferably with Engineering Qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our techs and customers
  • Technical Experience and in depth knowledge of solar and battery power systems
  • A genuine passion for sustainable energy solutions
  • Past experience facilitating green loan/finance options with clients
  • Able to work independently maintaining open lines of communication
  • Ability to close with tactful negotiation skills

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary ($100k per annum+) sales incentives with expected overall salary range $140,000 to $180,000 per annum

  • This Position is In House based at Thebarton working weekdays.
