How you will make an impact
Ensure the seamless delivery of cloud services bymonitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising cloud infrastructure, with a focus on proactive support to mitigate risks and ensure long-term service reliability.

Day-to-day you will

- Manage, monitor, and optimise multi-cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud to ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Provide ongoing proactive support to clients, identifying and resolving cloud-related issues before they impact services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud
infrastructure, security, and networking, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum service continuity.
- Ensure cloud environments are secure, adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Implement and manage cloud security controls, conduct vulnerability assessments, and work to protect client data and infrastructure from
evolving cyber threats.

Skills & Qualifications

- Relevant certification in, or extensive hands-on experience with, cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud, including provisioning, managing, and optimizing cloud resources across these environments.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering cloud services within a Managed Services framework, including service monitoring, incident management, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Deep understanding of cloud security principles, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, firewalls, and security best practices for multi-cloud environments.
- Proficiency in automation, IAC tools, and scripting languages such as Bicep, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Python to automate cloud deployments and optimize operations.
- Experience with cloud monitoring tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations Suite) and techniques to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts such as VPCs, VPNs, hybrid cloud architectures, and inter-cloud connectivity, ensuring secure and reliable cloud communication
