About the role

Provide quality administrative and customer service support to the Child and Family Health Service. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assisting staff across regional Country North sites with efficient office coordination, records management, and client-focused service delivery.

Key duties of the role

- Act as first point of contact, delivering prompt, professional customer service

- Manage bookings, appointments, and referral information accurately

- Maintain client records, databases, and confidential information securely

- Support meetings, correspondence, and administrative functions

- Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive team culture

Skills and experience

- Proven experience in administration and frontline customer service

- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Adaptable, respectful, and committed to confidentiality and quality service
