Overview
This is your chance to be at the heart of a high-impact, fast-moving organisation, supporting General Managers who shape strategic priorities every day. You'll keep operations running seamlessly, help leaders make informed decisions, and ensure teams stay aligned and productive. More than just managing diaries and emails, you'll be a trusted partner, coordinating key projects, events, and initiatives while driving efficiency across the organisation. Responsibilities
- Manage diaries effectively, screening meeting requests, negotiating times, and resolving conflicts to optimise leaders/' schedules
- Light inbox monitoring to highlight urgent or time-sensitive emails and support informed decision-making
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics for direct report teams of General Managers
- Handle confidential information with discretion, initiative, and professionalism
- Provide administrative support including booking travel, approvals, itineraries, and payments
- Support event management for leadership teams, including logistics, catering, venues, tech setup, and guest liaison
- Manage procurement activities, including invoice processing, purchase requisitions, and Purchase Card reconciliations
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant network to share knowledge, improve processes, and drive efficiencies
- Support project-related tasks for General Managers/' teams aligned with organisational goals
Experience & Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in administration or equivalent practical experience
- Proven executive support experience in a corporate environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organisational, coordination, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and act proactively on behalf of senior leaders
- Excellent judgement and problem-solving with confidential information
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
