We are looking for an organised, proactive individual, who enjoys multi-tasking, to join our operations team as Office Assistant.

About the role

- Reception & Front-of-House

- Manage reception areas across two offices, including phone lines, deliveries, mail, and supplier coordination.

- Meeting room and parking management.

- Office & Facilities Management

- Maintain office supplies, equipment and communal spaces.

- Manage facilities and suppliers.

- Waste management.

- IT Coordination

- In-house coordination of IT helpdesk as required.

- IT hardware coordination and asset control.

- Team Support & General Admin

- Support onboarding of new team members, including workspace and equipment setup.

- Assist with special projects, team events, and ad hoc administrative tasks.

About you

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude - no job too small
- Experience in similar role a plus.
