You will also work broadly across all supporting business units to ensure a good understanding of workplace practices and how new frameworks and support can be implemented.
As our new Sustain Advisor, you will have two focus areas: one will focus on your ability to obtain and interpret data in real time, the other will require you to draw conclusions from that data and coach leaders on trends and business alterations that may need to be considered to reach a peak business operating rhythm with our current workforce.
You will be critical part of our high performing Operational Excellence division and bring your bubbly, upbeat nature to this high performing team. You will have a keen eye for details and are able to work with stakeholders with varying seniority with confidence. If you have a passion for understanding the data behind workforce operations and love coaching stakeholders to make decisions through evidence-based data, this is the role for you
As our new Operational Excellence Sustain Coach, you will bring the following skills:

- Your ability to quickly adjust to new situations, information, or environments.
- The ability to learn from setbacks persist in the face of challenges and bounce back. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen analytical eye and solutions-based mentality.
