About the Role

As a Assistant/ Venue Manager with Darling Group, you’ll be at the forefront of hospitality excellence, shaping the experiences of guests and team members alike. This role offers the perfect blend of leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking, allowing you to oversee the entire operation and create an environment that’s as inviting as it is efficient.

- Proven Leadership:Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced, premium dining or events venue.
- Team Development:A talent for inspiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Guest-Centric Approach:A genuine passion for creating extraordinary experiences and fostering connections with guests.
- Operational Excellence:Strong knowledge of venue operations, including rostering, inventory management, and service delivery.
- Resilience & Adaptability:A calm and capable demeanour during high-pressure periods.
- Business Acumen:A solid understanding of financial performance, KPIs, and profitability drivers.
- Communication Mastery:Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to Hospitality:Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and variable shifts, paired with a valid RSA.
