What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage refurbishment & expansion projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop project scope & design
- Handle permits & approvals, liaising with local authorities
- Control budgets & financial planning to keep projects on track
- Oversee construction & contractor management, ensuring high standards
- Identify risks & implement solutions to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing small to medium-scale projects
- Strong understanding of development, construction & fit-outs
- Financial acumen & ability to control budgets autonomously
- Exceptional problem-solving & communication skills
- Hospitality or retail project experience (bonus points)
- Willingness to travel interstate for projects
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
