At Unisson, we believe disability doesn’t define anyone. With over 100 years of experience, we’ve supported people with disability to live fulfilling, independent lives. Our name pays tribute to our beginnings – with the double “S” symbolising our original name, Sunshine and the vision of our founder, Dr. Lorna Hodgkinson.

About the Role

We’re seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our supportive team in Gorokan. In this role, you’ll assist a group of clients with intellectual disabilities who live together in a shared home. - Maintain accurate documentation, reports and records.

- Work collaboratively within a close-knit team.

- Respond appropriately to incidents in line with Unisson and NDIS guidelines.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Willing to work active night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Experience with supporting clients with challenging behaviours.

- Hold a valid NSW Driver’s Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles.

- Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient.

- Experienced in disability support (preferred).

- Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable).
