Due to rapid growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.

Main Responsibilities

1. Work with the Events Team on internal and external global events
2. Assist the Events team with creative concepts
3. Maintain daily upkeep of Google sheets & documents used by the team
4. Assist with events in the lead-up and on the day, including problem-solving, event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors
5. Research venues and vendors for future events
6. Liaise with Marketing, PR, and Creative departments to organize key elements

Requirements

- A can-do attitude and willingness to assist with any task
- Extremely organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours
- Willingness to travel domestically and overseas outside business hours if required
