You’ll bring proven experience in working with payroll teams to resolve system challenges, integrating HR/Payroll systems, and managing payroll analytics and reporting. Advanced Excel skills, such as Power Query for data analysis, and familiarity with reporting tools like Oracle HCM are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders are key, along with a collaborative mindset to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
