Payroll Improvement Analyst required for leading company based in City Fringe (Close to Public Transport). This is a 6-month contract working within the payroll team to align to the strategic direction of the business. It requires a proactive positive attitude, strong attention to detail and an exceptional work ethic.

You will be responsible for reviewing enterprise agreements and complete comparisons of rates and allowances with current practices and document/update the difference, your key responsibilities in the role include:

- Payroll Auditing
- Review enterprise agreements for comparison
- Updating systems and documentation
- Change and project management
- Stakeholder engagement

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

- Prior experience with large transactional payroll
- Managed payroll system improvements and updates
- Knowledge of enterprise agreements and awards
- System knowledge in Kronos and Preceda
- Project Management experience
- Strong documentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong excel skills
