As anAssistant Educator you will be creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintain excellent relationships with families, children and other team members. In addition as ourLead Educatoryou will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver fun and educational programs and practices that supports our youngest learners development. You will provide a creative environment that engages our infants and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills and will have the unique opportunity to experience the joy and wonder that babies bring each day.Sparrow Early Learning Eagleby is a loving, warm environment where children can feel safe, secure and supported during their time with us. - Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Lead Educator: Proven experience in being a lead educator
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current& ValidWorking with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
