Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)

Pay: $38.20- $39.35 per hour + hourly Educational Leader allowance + Super

As an Educational Leader, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Responsibilities

- Lead change, champion practice uplift and excellence in educational provision
- Collaborate with centre educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs
- Deepen understanding of child development and EY content; guide application of EYLF

You’ll need

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Experience leading change in education and either a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent
