As an Independent Reviewing Officer, your role will be to monitor and review the quality and effectiveness of the care provided by Camden’s foster carers. You’ll chair independent annual and ad hoc fostering review meetings, helping to ensure the highest standards of care and support for both carers and children.

What you will do:

- Chair independent annual and ad hoc fostering review meetings to assess the quality of care.

- Offer constructive feedback to improve practice that may not be delivering good outcomes.
- Provide independent evaluations of the strengths and weaknesses of foster carers and their support structures.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, statutory requirements, and local policies regarding fostering.
