Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-employment medical examinations, fitness-for-work assessments, and injury management consultations.
- Provide advice on workplace health and safety, including return-to-work planning.
- Implement health programs, including drug and alcohol testing and vaccinations.
- Collaborate with employers to deliver customized health solutions for their workforce.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with Sonic HealthPlus standards.
- Flexible working hours with no after-hours or on-call requirements.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced medical professional with:

- A current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner.
- Postgraduate training in occupational medicine (or working toward qualifications, e.g., FAFOEM, GradDipOccMed).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient care and customer service.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in occupational health, general practice, or related fields is highly desirable.
