Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales results.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to embody brand values and operational excellence.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performance store culture.

Customer Experience

- Deliver an elevated retail experience that inspires and engages every customer.
- Provide hands-on service, including personalised product recommendations and after-sales care.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation aligned with premium visual merchandising standards.

Commercial & Operational Excellence

- Take ownership of sales performance, KPIs, and profitability.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, rostering, and compliance.
- Analyse business results and implement strategies to optimise conversion and growth.

Brand Representation

- Act as a true ambassador for the brand, reflecting its ethos and customer-first values.
- Provide insights from the shop floor to support the wider retail strategy.
- Participate in management meetings, training programs, and brand events.

About You

You’re a confident and energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. With strong commercial instincts and a natural ability to connect with people, you lead by example and inspire your team to deliver results.

You will bring:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior 2IC in premium, lifestyle, or travel retail.
- Background in apparel, accessories, or hospitality, with strong service and sales focus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and maintain operational excellence.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A passion for exceptional customer experience and genuine team leadership.
