Ralph Kerle Gallery, a prestigious 5 star art gallery, is opening a new temporary gallery in Brookfield Place, 301 George Street, Sydney.

We are looking for an optimistic and proactive part-time sales consultant with a proven track record in art sales. This role is perfect for someone passionate about modern art and motivated to drive sales, with excellent commission opportunities.

What You'll Do:

- Greet and engage guests in a personable manner, guiding them through the gallery space and discussing the artworks and the artist.
- Confidently discuss modern art, sparking interest and critical thinking in potential buyers.
- Handle sales inquiries, follow up leads, and successfully close sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Co-manage gallery operations, including maintaining digital archives of artwork and managing the website.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media content and digital marketing to increase engagement and reach new clients.

- A trustworthy, consistent individual with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in art sales with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A proactive approach to generating sales and a passion for achieving targets.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours and handling administrative tasks related to gallery management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Prior experience in art sales or a related field.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
