We are currently seeking two Account Executives to join a fast-paced, friendly APAC Sales team based in Sydney. The firm sells a leading legal technology practice management solution to small and mid-sized law firms and is now expanding into large law.
The APAC team is driving rapid international expansion in the region, growing quickly and moving into larger law firms.
This is an end-to-end sales role that involves prospecting and managing inbound leads, consulting through the discovery process, giving presentations and demos, and managing clients through the sales process to close.
About the Role:
- Convert qualified leads by phone, email, and product demonstrations;
- Prioritize, organize, and set appointments for qualified leads and opportunities through Salesforce;
- Forecast and attend to key metrics, including the number of qualified leads and conversion rates at various stages of the funnel;
- Collaborate with Product Engineers, Sales Engineers, and Support to provide solutions to customers;
- Forecast, negotiate, and manage deal closures effectively and efficiently;
- Develop business cases for customers.
About You:
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an ethical, consultative style;
- You are a team player, sharing knowledge and information with the team;
- You are naturally curious and a creative problem solver;
- You are passionate, adaptable, confident, articulate, and sensitive to the needs of customers and team members;
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS experience selling to professionals;
- Experience with high-volume transactional sales;
- Experience running demos or the ability to learn quickly;
- Experience scaling in a new market is an asset.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in a fantastic office in CBD Sydney. The company provides excellent onboarding support, tools, technology, and a positive culture.
