We have a new opportunity available to join our Opal Cartons business. Initially based at the Banksmeadow, NSW site and then moving to Moorebank approximately Q2 2026. This role will be part of a small team of 4 within Finance, reporting to the Commercial Manager.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

- Providing analytical support to the production team around material and labour costing for products
- Assisting with the preparation for forecast, budgets and capital reporting
- Providing analysis of financial results and information
- Working directly with the Cartons finance team in providing insights on business performance that ensure the best decisions are taken to continuously improve business performance.

Specifically, for this role, we expect you will have:

- Manufacturing industry experience, in particular experience with cost accounting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with team members at all levels
- Some experience with an ERP system; we use SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and be self-motivated
- Ability to manage competing demands and to adhere to deadlines
