About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Advisor to join our Advisory & Transactions team, supporting the planning, procurement and commercial delivery of major infrastructure programmes across Australia.

You’ll lead complex transaction workstreams, provide clear commercial and procurement advice to government and private clients, and help shape transaction strategies, evaluation frameworks and delivery models.

Working closely with senior leaders and multidisciplinary project teams, you’ll guide clients through critical decision points, develop high‑quality documentation (EOIs, RFTs, evaluation plans, commercial positions), and ensure transactions are aligned, structured and ready for market.

This is a key role in our already established and successful team – ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex commercial problems, managing stakeholders with confidence, and delivering advice that adds genuine value.

About You

You’ll bring 10+ years’ experience in infrastructure advisory, commercial, procurement or transaction management – either from consulting, government, or a major project environment.

You have:

- Strong capability in transaction strategy, procurement planning and commercial advisory.

- Proven experience developing transaction documentation and managing competitive procurement processes.

- The ability to translate complexity into clear, practical advice for clients.

- Confident stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with senior decision‑makers.

- A proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

If you’re looking to join a team that values clarity, impact and practical advice – and you want to help shape major projects across Australia – we’d love to hear from you.
