The Opportunity:

We're looking for askilled Schedulerwith at least2 years' experience in residential constructionto join our Scheduling Team inOsborne Park. If you love detail, thrive on structure, and want to play a key role in bringing dream homes to life — this role is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain project schedules using internal systems
- Generate accurate Bills of Quantities from the company Price Book
- Coordinate with suppliers and departments for timely material orders
- Monitor department performance and support build targets
- Analyse cost controls and assist in invoice approvals
- Troubleshoot scheduling issues and escalate when needed

What You'll Bring:

- Minimum2 years' experiencein a similar scheduling role
- Solid understanding ofresidential constructionprocesses
- Strongtime management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Great communication and teamwork mindset
- DatabuildandMicrosoft Excelexperience (highly regarded)
