The PositionThis is a rare opportunity for an experienced scheduler to join our team, Novus Homes cater to luxury single and double storey homes, with contract's ranging from $750,000 - $1.5 million. The role is fast paced, multi-faceted and will see candidates over a diverse range of construction methods and products.

Key duties included;

  • Interpreting plans & specification with different levels of complexities
  • Accurate quantity take-offs
  • Supplier & sub-contractor orders
  • Construction variations
  • Liaising with internal departments throughout the business
  • Liaising with external consultants, supplier & subcontractors

You

The ideal candidate will have the following;

  • Previous double storey scheduling experience preferred
  • A passion for residential construction
  • Ability to perform take-offs in an accurate manner
  • WA Residential construction knowledge
  • Problem Solving & Analytical skills
  • High level of Organisational and Time Management skills
  • Proficient communication skills, especially when working with external sources
  • Takes personal responsibility to understand the needs on specific jobs
  • Proficient in Excel & Word
  • Experience using BEAMS is preferable
