Overview

Senior Scheduler role with a family-run residential builder specialising in quality single-storey homes south of the river. You'll join a tight-knit team where your work is genuinely appreciated, with room for flexibility and growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing and coordinating schedules for residential construction projects (single-storey homes)
  • Preparing procurement schedules, take offs, and materials lists
  • Liaising with site supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep timelines on track
  • Proactively identifying potential delays/issues and solving them early
  • Helping to improve scheduling processes for efficiency and consistency
What we're looking for
  • Strong experience in project homes within residential construction
  • Good knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods for single-storey homes
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, and good at prioritising
  • Strong communicator, happy working in a team-oriented, family culture
  • Comfortable with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
