Overview
Lead end-to-end HR and finance system integrations for a new AI-driven recruitment platform in a hybrid Melbourne-based role. The client is a well established enterprise undergoing a large HR transformation, rolling out an AI-enabled recruitment platform. This role will drive integration work across HR and finance systems, ensuring smooth data flow, process alignment, and strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams. On onboarding, you will contribute from day one in a fast-moving program.

Responsibilities
- Lead integration design and delivery across HR, recruitment, and finance systems
- Ensure alignment with architectural standards, data integrity, and security protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solution fit
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of integrations
- Provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer to support ongoing success
Qualifications / Skills
- Experience as a Solution Architect on HR system integration projects
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and finance-related data flows
- Background integrating third-party platforms in complex environments
- Familiarity with AI recruitment platforms and their application in enterprise settings
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across both business and IT
