As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless daily operation of our venue. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll lead and inspire our team to create memorable customer experiences every day.

- Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge

- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends

- Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss

- Train, performance manage, and motivate staff

- Work with and communicate effectively within a team

- Experience with H&L, Ivy & Seven rooms desirable

- RLMV & Approved Managers License
