Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical aspect of accounting and reviewing work, rather than direct client management. You'll be responsible for reviewing work prepared by junior staff, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with internal standards. The role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented and takes pride in supporting and mentoring the next generation of accountants.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have:

- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in a public practice firm
- Strong technical knowledge in tax and compliance for SME clients
- Experience reviewing workpapers, financials, and tax returns prepared by juniors
- A focus on quality control and mentoring junior staff
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) is preferred
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working largely behind the scenes, with minimal client interaction
