We are trusted advisors to our clients with a mixture of clients across investment, construction, health and professional services and the entertainment industry. Your Role

As a Senior Accountant / Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of SME and individual clients across various industries
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS
• Work alongside our Bookkeeping team to ensure a seamless accounting experience for our full-service clients
• Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants both in person and Offshore
• Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards

What We're Looking For

• CA or CPA qualified
• Minimum 5 years' experience in public practice
• Strong technical knowledge in taxation and accounting standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Xero, MYOB, and other cloud-based platforms
• A wholistic, proactive approach to client issues
• Demonstrated success in cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor
• It is favourable if you have experience in the entertainment industry. While it is not essential, a zest for learning about new industries is strongly desired
