About the role

We have an opportunity for a 2x Personal Injury Insurance Portfolio Coordinators to be part of our HSW Personal Injury Insurance Unit, Health, Safety & Wellbeing Command. The role is responsible for the internal and external stakeholder coordination of income protection, life subsidy and other insurance products to ensure full visibility of product requirements, costs, and organisational responsibilities.

The role also includes governance oversight of our insurance and income protection products, with responsibilities spanning data analysis, report and policy development, and broader support for governance and policy initiatives.

The Personal Injury Insurance Portfolio Coordinator will develop and maintain a broad knowledge and understanding of the various personal injury insurance products available to NSW Police employees and translate highly technical information for various audiences. You will be responsible for building professional and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence, negotiate and coordinate process improvement, scheme viability and outcomes to support business objectives. Coordinating meetings and briefings for the executive, providing advice, developing presentations and documents, and analysing data will be just some of the ways you will occupy your day.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 plus employer/'s contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
