Stockroom Operations Assistant (Westfield Sydney)

About This Role

We’re looking for a full‑time Stockroom Operations Assistant to join our Sydney Store, our first store in Australia, in January 2026. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stockroom Operations Assistant contributes to stock room housekeeping and ensures that the stock room is well organized to optimize space, and maintained according to Loro Piana standards.

Job Responsibilities

- Manages the incoming and outgoing items according to the Company procedures.

- Constantly maintains the stock organized, following the Company procedures.

- Ensures a clear warehouse organization for the whole sales team.

- Ensures order and constant cleaning in the store stock and in the stock areas of the sales floor, following the Store Manager and Company guidelines.

- Ensures and keeps all products in stock in a shipshape and tidy status, supporting the sales team.

- Manages all inventory activities, following the Stock/Store Manager and Company guidelines.

- Manages the handling of products to be repaired.

- Maintains contacts with shipping teams and external couriers to guarantee correct shipping procedures and timing.

- Supports the sales team in reaching targets and maximizing sales, keeping them updated and giving the correct information regarding stock availability.

- Supports sales team in arranging products in stock during the post‑sales phase.

Job Requirements

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in high‑end fashion, the luxury industry, or a similar capacity.

- Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.

- Pleasant, self‑motivated, and a good team player.

- Problem‑solving skills, sense of neatness and accuracy.

- Fluent in English; other spoken and written languages is a plus.

- Able to withstand retail working hours and work on weekends and public holidays.
