Stockroom Specialist - NEW Logan Hyperdome Concept Store

Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new adidas store and being a part of our retail expansion in Australia?

We are seeking a passionate Stockroom Specialist for our NEW Performance Concept Store due to open late 2025 in Logan Hyperdome, QLD on a full-time basis.

Successful candidates will be starting SOON to ensure adequate training before we commence our bump in and trade for these highly anticipated locations in the busiest period of the year

Responsibilities

- Assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium factory outlet experience

- Support store management by providing feedback on required resources to achieve Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model

- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way

- Drive and ensure compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience

- Drive profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets

- Support store management by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals

Experience / Qualifications

- Experience in retail leadership, e.g., Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded

- Ability to apply and adapt to stockroom operations within a premium retail environment
