Key Responsibilities

- Support the intra-group invoicing process by preparing and compiling invoice packs.

- Ensure accuracy of invoice calculations and supporting documentation.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect required documentation.

- Track documentation collection and internal invoice approval status.

- Maintain clear audit trails and ensure compliance with internal policies.

- Identify and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts payable, accounting or a related discipline.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP).

- Understanding of key accounting principles.
