Adventist Schools Victoria is seeking expressions of interest in the role of HR Officer to join our head office team. This is a full-time permanent position commencing on 1 September 2025.

As a member of our team you will be working in a collaborative environment and will focus on supporting schools with the full employee lifecycle. This will include ensuring the effective deliveryof HR functions as required in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee relations, policy development, and supporting the implementation of a new HRIS.

The successful applicant will hold a qualification in HR and be able to demonstrate three to five years' experience. Competencies include; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Additionally, applicants must hold a Working With Children Clearance (Employee) card and a current driver's licence as this role may involve travel to our schools.
