Company Summary I've partnered with a Queensland head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 20 years of proven success delivering projects up to $40m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2025 and gearing up for a busy end to 2025/2026 with work secured until 2029. They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, government, education, health and more. My client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. Medium‑high rise project experience is A MUST for this opportunity Project close to central Brisbane. Ideal traits the successful candidate will have - 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role. - Residential tower project experience. - Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others. - Excellent ability to build rapport with others. - Strong past tenure with employers. - Team player who loves a challenge - Positive, "can‑do" attitude. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self‑motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.
