The Position

Our innovative service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for clients. As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal Neurological and Cardiorespiratory patients.

Working in a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services in Home Care in Bunbury and you will be responsible for:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS.
- Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan
- Educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community
- Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication
- Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports

You will be provided with support from our home care team who will schedule these appointments and plan an efficient route.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our people. You will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome focused and dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our clients. You must have:

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Registration with AHPRA
- Police Check Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in working autonomously and a driven personality
