- 40-minute consultations (not the industry standard 30 minutes) to deliver thorough, focused care

- Emphasis on quality over quantity – say goodbye to exhausting 60+ patient weeks

- Commitment to exceptional outcomes: we aim to exceed recovery timelines where possible

- Strategic scheduling that lets you maintain work-life balance while delivering optimal care

What You'll Experience

- Dive deep into what really matters: treatment planning, patient expectation management, and developing effective treatment approaches

- Bring your challenging cases to the table – we'll help you find answers through collaborative problem-solving

- Learn from specialists across different disciplines daily

- Apply evidence-based care while developing your clinical reasoning

- Access regular skill development opportunities and hands-on experience with new techniques

Earning Structure & Benefits

- Commission-based position with up to 60% of your billings

- Potential to earn $100,000+ annually based on your billings

- Target of 80% booking utilisation for optimal earnings

- 4-day work week (achieved through efficient scheduling)

- 30 clinical hours per week (mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends)

- 4 weeks dedicated time off to recharge

Qualifications

- Have 1-3 years of physiotherapy experience and current AHPRA registration

- Are naturally curious and excited about developing your clinical expertise

- Value evidence-based practice and continuous learning

- Enjoy collaborating with practitioners from different disciplines

- Are open to feedback and eager to contribute to team discussions

- Take a patient-centric approach to care

- Can maintain high clinical standards while meeting efficiency targets

Location

Our clinic is conveniently located in Roseville on Sydney's North Shore, easily accessible by both train and car.
