About Kids' Early Learning

Here at Council, we own and operate a childcare business, Kids’ Early Learning, with a portfolio of 24 Childcare and Preschool centres, 8 Out of School Care services and over 70 family daycare educators.

Kids’ Early Learning has approximately 300 full-time, part-time and casual staff, and operates throughout the Blacktown local government area, serving over 1700 families and providing care and learning needs for their children.

About the opportunity

We are seeking 4 enthusiastic Child Care OSHC Coordinators to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. These opportunities are available across our vibrant OSHC services at the following locations:

- Kids' Early Learning Colyton OSHC
- Kids' Early Learning Marayong South OSHC
- Kids' Early Learning Willmot OSHC

These are full-time 35 hours per week roles, requiring working a split shift covering both AM and PM shifts across 5 days per week. The successful candidates will be responsible for planning and implementing a program of developmentally appropriate activities, while ensuring a consistently high standard of care for all children in collaboration with staff members.

Qualifications and experience

- Relevant qualifications in a related field, minimum 2 year Diploma in Social Science (Children Services)
- Clearance of National Police Check
- Working with Children Check clearance valid for paid work.
- Current class C driver’s licence.

Remuneration and benefits

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.

- Entry level for this position starts at $1,408.84 per week
- Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 12% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
