**About the role**:

- Assistant Coordinator Position in Blacktown South
- Full time position - 38 hours per week
- Monday to Friday morning and afternoon shifts
- Mix of block and split shifts

**About the service**:

- Service licensed for 132 children - approximately 90-110 children enrolled
- This service operates on school grounds - shared and own space
- Collaborative team environment
- Service has great relationship with school principal who is very approachable and helpful
- Exceeding in National Quality Standards
- **What your shifts will look like**:

- Monday to Friday 6:30am-10:00am | 2:00pm-6:30pm
- This service operates in the school holidays

- You have leadership experience in the OSHC industry or Early Childhood Service OR BOTH

- You have a natural ability to engage educators in professional discussions

**The Essentials**:

- **Highly Desired or willing to complete**: relevant Qualification in childcare or teaching - Certificate IV in Outside School Hours Care, Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- **Required**:Experience in OSHC or ECE setting
- **Highly Desired**:Experience leading a team of educators
- **Highly Desired**: Experience in Inclusion Support
- **Current ‘CHCPRT001’**:

- Identify and respond to children and young people at risk’ training (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Current HLTAID012’**:

- Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting’ Certificate (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Valid and current NSW Paid Working with Children Check.**:

- **Child Safety -**We are looking for someone who understands, adheres, and promotes The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
- **COVID-19 Vaccination**:it is a requirement in NSW that any ECEC (and OSHC) staff across the state must receive two doses of a COVID-19 vaccination by 8 November 2021
