Join us in making a difference The Role We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse with a passion for aged care to join our Residential Facility at Mosman Park Care Centre in Mosman Park. This is a permanent part-time role offering 60.80 hours per fortnight. Please see below for the roster. Week 1 & 2 Thursday: 07:00 - 15:15 Friday: 07:00 - 15:15 Saturday: 07:00 - 15:15 Sunday: 07:00 - 15:15 Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered Key responsibilities - Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments - Safely administer medication to residents - Assist with falls management and prevention - Implement safe practice of care plans directed by the Registered Nurse - Support and supervise care staff - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in relation to Residents, Families, Staff and other Health Professionals - Comply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance to Aged Care Standards and Risk Management About you You are passionate about providing holistic care to aged care residents and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment alongside healthcare professionals. You will contribute to the smooth operation of the facility through effective communication and work in accordance to Amana Livings core values. - Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies - Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) - Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks - Current AHPRA Registration - NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain) - Willingness to attend 2 days paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute How to apply If you are interested in this role and meet the essential criteria, please click the "apply now" button.
