Property Management - Junior Property Manager

Parramatta, NSW

We are seeking a Junior Property Manager to join our team, working alongside a Senior Property Manager in a supportive, structured learning environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience across compliance, maintenance, inspections, and arrears management, providing the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and launch a successful career in real estate.

Responsibilities include:

* Assist in conducting routine property visits as per company policies and legislative requirements
* Monitor and action rent and invoice arrears, maintaining accurate tenancy file notes
* Coordinate and action property maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords, tenants, trades, and strata as needed
* Support compliance processes by ensuring properties meet legislative and company standards annually
* Communicate proactively with landlords and tenants, providing regular updates on maintenance, inspections, and arrears
* Uphold Belle Property values in every client interaction, ensuring a positive and professional experience

The successful candidate will have:

* A Certificate of Registration (or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement)
* A current driver's licence and access to a reliable car
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive can do attitude
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
* A genuine desire to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to a high-performing team
